Shipping

We ship our ceramics with Hermes exclusively within Austria or to Germany.

Shipping costs:

The goods are delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

Payment methods

All prices in our online store are gross prices, plus. Shipping costs. The prices are shown in Euro. The following payment options are available in the online store:

Payment can be made either by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or by instant bank transfer. We retain ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full.

After we have received your order, we will send you an order receipt confirmation by e-mail and then an order confirmation.

Returns

If one or more parts of the goods have been damaged during transport, we will replace the damaged goods upon receipt of a photo of the damaged goods immediately after receipt of the shipment by you, but no later than within 24h after delivery.

The return of an order or parts thereof, is possible within 30 days of receipt. The shipping costs are borne by you as the customer, please understand that we can NOT pay the return costs for you.

We ask you to return the goods as undamaged as possible and in the original packaging and with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is damaged or no longer available, please ensure that the packaging is sufficiently protected so that no transport damage can occur, otherwise we will have to charge for it.
